Brothers and sisters, fellow candidates and S.1 students of RM Academy,

Let me tell you something important: School is not just about writing, reading, and passing exams.

Yes, those matter. But school is the training ground for your future.

When you work in groups, you’re learning teamwork for your future job.
When you lead morning assembly, you’re learning public speaking for when you become a pastor, teacher, or MP.
When you clean your classroom, you’re learning responsibility for when you run your own business or home.
When you solve that hard math problem, you’re training your mind to solve real problems in Juba and South Sudan.

Exams test what you remember. But school trains who you become.

So don’t just study to pass. Participate. Ask questions. Join clubs. Respect your teachers. Help your classmates.

Because RM Academy is not just preparing us for PLE or UCE — it’s preparing us for life.
