INTRODUCTION TO THE NEW LEADERSHIP & ADMINISTRATIVE STRUCTURE
The Cøllø Nyikang Okwa Jazz Band is pleased to officially present its new Leadership and Administrative Structure, established to strengthen the Band’s leadership, coordination, discipline, accountability, professionalism, and overall effectiveness.
The new structure clearly defines responsibilities and areas of authority within the Band while promoting teamwork, transparency, unity, and professionalism among all members. It brings together experienced artists, administrators, technical personnel, media professionals, and advisors who will work collectively to advance the Band’s artistic, cultural, and organizational objectives.
Each position within this structure carries specific responsibilities and will contribute to the smooth administration and successful operations of the Band. The leadership will work closely with all departments and members to promote the Band’s vision of preserving culture, promoting music, nurturing talent, and representing South Sudanese heritage with professionalism and pride.
