IF NOBODY COULD SEE YOU, WOULD YOUR WORK STILL MATTER?

We are living in a generation where attention is often mistaken for achievement.

A post goes viral, and people call it influence.

A video gets thousands of views, and people call it impact.

A profile gains followers, and people assume success has arrived.

But here is a question worth asking:

If nobody could see what you were doing today, would your work still matter?

Would your business still solve problems?

Would your leadership still inspire people?

Would your contribution still create value?

Would your character still speak for you?

The truth is that visibility and significance are not the same thing.

Some of the most important people in the world are not trending.

They are teaching.

They are building.

They are mentoring.

They are serving.

They are solving problems.

They are creating opportunities.

Long before the world notices them, their work is already making a difference.

The danger of chasing attention is that you can become focused on being seen instead of being useful.

But usefulness always outlasts popularity.

A person who creates value never becomes irrelevant.

A leader who develops people never runs out of influence.

A business that solves real problems never lacks customers for long.

The question is not:

"How many people know me?"

The better question is:

"What becomes better because I showed up?"

At the end of the day, people may forget your posts.

They may forget your captions.

They may forget your statistics.

But they will remember the problems you solved, the opportunities you created, the lives you touched, and the value you delivered.

Build a reputation that can survive without an algorithm.

Build influence that can survive without a platform.

Build relationships that can survive without technology.

Build value that can survive without attention.

Because real impact is not measured by how many people notice you.

It is measured by how many people are better because of you.

Cde. Dr. Akol Paul Kordit has pledged full support for the treatment of Manyang, a man who has been forced to use a tube connected to his stomach to urinate for the past three years following injuries sustained after falling from a tree.

During a meeting with Manyang, Dr. Akol assured him that he would soon regain the ability to urinate normally after receiving specialized medical care. He further pledged that Manyang would be "taken care of more than a minister," reaffirming the SPLM's commitment to ensuring his recovery and well-being.

Dr. Akol also praised Citizens Voice Media for bringing the case to public attention. He emphasized that social media platforms should be used to highlight humanitarian issues, promote national welfare, and strengthen social cohesion rather than fuel division among communities.
