Where is your car π€£,
It was a quiet Saturday evening in the parlour. The TV was on, but neither of them was paying attention.
The lady folded her arms and looked at her husband with the serious face people use when they are about to give free financial advice.
"Honey," she said.
"Yes, my accountant," the man replied with a smile.
"How much do you spend on alcohol every weekend?"
The man scratched his head.
"Hmm... about β¦20,000."
The lady widened her eyes dramatically.
"β¦20,000 every weekend? Are you serious?"
The man nodded proudly.
"Yes. Sometimes less... sometimes more if my friends suddenly remember they don't have wallets."
The lady stood up immediately.
"Jesus! Honey, do you know that if you had saved that β¦20,000 every weekend for three years, by now you would have bought a nice car?"
The man became unusually quiet.
The lady smiled confidently.
"I've finally opened his eyes," she thought.
The man slowly looked at her and asked,
"Can I ask you one question?"
The lady adjusted her hair.
"Go ahead."
"Honey... how much do YOU spend on alcohol every weekend?"
The lady laughed proudly.
"Me? I don't drink alcohol at all."
