It has come to our records that there are number of patients who have presented with cough, nosal congestion, sneezing, difficulty in breathing that after relieving all this signs with steroids after three days still the patient continue to have dry cough for more than weeks now according to our findings there is an out break of respiratory tract infection in juba due to the heavy rain fall we have to be vigilant to observe and have preventive measures as shaking hands should be prohibited, sneezing in public you should close your mouth at least, cough in hiding let's protect others calling for the government and partners to take a step ahead in saving the population more especially in juba it's common it's not a common fluc
