القيمة الاعلي في الاستثمار غالباً بتحقق خسائر، وتكلفة القيمة بتكون مرتفعة وبالتالي ده تهديد للأرباح، غالبية المستثمرين في العالم تفضلهم بيكون للاستثمار في القيمة المنخفضة وتوزيع المخاطر ، لان السعر القليل ممكن يعمل طفره.
مثال لو اخترت تستثمر في شركة ناجحة وفي افضل اوقتها ده تهديد كبير لرأس المال والأرباح لان قيمة الاستثمار هتبقي مرتفعة جداً وأي تغير في السوق ممكن يحقق خسائر ، لكن اختيارك لشركة بتبدأ أو بتواجه مشاكل في السيولة يبان أنها مخاطرة عالية لكن في الحقيقة هي ممكن تضاعف الأرباح لان قيمة رأس المال فيها هيبقي مرتفع والأرباح متضاعفة.

الأمان في الاستثمار له تكلفة مرتفعة وبتاكل الأرباح.
