Can we be honest about something nobody prepares you for after graduation?
You can spend years studying for a degree, graduate with big dreams, and still never get the opportunity to work in the field you studied.
Personally, I graduated with a degree in Banking and Finance, but I've never secured a job specifically in that field. I'm currently working in a completely different field.
And I know I'm not the only one. I’m just curious…
Is university education still enough to secure a job, or are young people graduating with degrees but without real opportunities?
And if you graduated today and couldn't find a job for 3–5 years, would you continue waiting for a job in your field, or learn a completely different skill?
