THIS IS A POEM I WROTE ABOUT WHY THE MONTH OF DECEMBER IS ALWAYS FULL OF DEMANDS.

Title: "December"

December, oh December,
A month of demands and
no leisure.
The bustle and the hustle,
A time to be unsettled.
The shopping lists grow
longer,
The credit cards start to
moaner.
The parties and the feasts,
A time to be at our beast.
The holiday spirit call,
The time be charitable
and small.
Yet, amidst the madness,
There is a stillness, a
peaceful sadness.
It's a month of reflection,
A time to look back and
see.
The year that come and
gone,
The lessons it has taught,
the joys it has shown.
So, December, we
embrace you,
with all your demands and
your grace too.
A month of giving and
receiving,
A time to be believing.
