The Dallaire Institute for Children, Peace and Security, in partnership with Journalists for Human Rights (JHR), concluded a five-day training session for journalists in Juba on Friday. King Media's Managing Director, Jima Francis, was among the facilitators, while King Media's political journalist, Matik Kueth, was one of the participants.

The workshop equipped journalists with skills in conflict-sensitive reporting, child-centered storytelling, and trauma-informed approaches, aimed at strengthening media coverage of child recruitment in armed conflicts.

Last night, Juba International Airport made history by successfully launching its first ever night flight!

At exactly 10:15 PM, an Air Congo Boeing 737 lifted off from Juba, carrying the DRC National Team “The Leopards” and their fans back to Kinshasa after their clash with our Bright Stars at Juba National Stadium.
