Dear subordinates, I’m not a complicated or a very restrictive🚫 person, but I care about you and I don’t like to watch you and go through something that will ruin your future or spend the rest of your life in prison. I know mismanagement sometime can be an advantage for some managers but I don’t want to be a part of that job and anything that does not favor your life is good to quit than to put your families into a desperate situations for something that wouldn’t benefit you.

I have over ten (10) years of experiences and If you people want to protect your future opportunities, kindly adhere to my counsel. I can’t manage to mention all your names but big shoutout to the most dedicated staffs who are carrying out their duties in a professional manner, despite any unnoticed nostalgic feelings. ✊🫵
