When buying a cow. Don't buy it from your Village. Because one day when the cow goes to the river for water, and the previous owner see it. He may divert it to his home, Milk the cow then let it go. Then later when you try milking it. It will be kicking you, running around and not interested in providing you with the daily milk. Just because it is avoiding being milked twice.
