Yesterday the 29/07/2025, the SPLA-IO escorted 17 SSPDF soldiers who deserted from Ghal Achol training camp and reported to Chuil Payam on 28/07/2025. They will be handed over to local authorities in Langkien, Nyirol County HQS for better service delivery.

Those 17 were part of the 40 SSPDF soldiers who deserted Ghal Achol training center on 27/07/2025 and scattered across the surrounding areas in search of save passage back to their homes. They were among conscripts brought from Juba and Malakal.

The SPLA-IO directs all its forces around Nasir and Ulang to continue to assist any deserted soldier who reports or surrenders peacefully.

The SPLA-IO commends the action of the soldiers on the ground in those areas for showing Nationalism and professionalism.

The struggle continues.

Breaking News:

it has been confirmed that the Palm Africa Hotel SPLM-IO group has been evicted from the SPLM-IO General Secretariat and left officeless.

In addition, their Chairman left the country last Sunday for unknown direction. The organization has collapsed . It was the project of the SPLM-IG to destroy the SPLM-IO but it failed miserably.

Imagine those who just come to juba recently claim the land of people who live here 30 years ago.

Therefore, in juba, we are not living in accordance with the law.

Someone is happy destroying others' children shelter while his children live comfortably.

I would like to advise anyone that if someone takes the law in his own hands to destroy your own place of living, please take that law in your hands too, and let it remain a grave for two of you and the Rest.

When the government is not sorting out this problem 🙄 it's you to end it.

GOVERNOR OF UNITY STATE, H.E. JUSTICE RIEK BIM TOP, RECEIVES THE SPLM THIRD DEPUTY CHAIRMAN, CDE. SIMON KUN PUOCH AND HON. NADIA AROP DUDI, NATIONAL MINISTER OF CULTURE, MUSEUM, AND HERITAGE IN MANKIEN.

Mankien, Sunday, 20th July, 2025-H.E Justice Riek Bim Top, the Governor of Unity State, welcomes national stakeholders in Mankien from Juba for the conclusion of the Ruahkeey-Mankien conference.

CDE. Simon Kun Puoch, the third deputy chairman of the SPLM and Hon. Nadia Arop Dudi, the national Minister of Culture, museum and heritage and national transitional legislative assembly members lands in Mankien for the conclusion of the Consultative meeting.

Day two sessions are anticipated as final exchange of views and opinions on the resolutions and grantees of the conference.
