Government officials own rice meant for starving citizens!

MPs and other government officials were seen ferrying rice meant for starving citizens. According to eye witnesses at the scene, the rice is being controlled by the officials and trucks are seen ferrying the rice to the local markets!

H.E Bobi Wine wins the hotly contested Kyandodo parliamentary seat! The self proclaimed Ghetto President has got over 80% of the cast votes. Juba Whistle blower under cover journalist shared light moment with one of Bobi's strong supporter Mr.Sebana Moses who was jubilating and very excited told the JWB, he wanted reform and secondly Bobi is a generous man and has done a lot for the common poor people and deserved the win.

He is expected to be sworn in the next few days in case his challengers do not object to his election victory.

Close sources in Kampala told the Juba Whistle blower that Bobi wine was yesterday briefly arrested and detained since he looked as a formidable challenger to the NRM flag bearer. Many local sources say Bobi may likely win considering his charitable deeds!

Northern Uganda artist struggle to reap from their music! A close source in Uganda contacted the Juba Whistle blower and said artist in Northern Uganda are struggling to make shows. JM Kenedy a renown artist based in West nile said the musical industry is profitless and they can not put food on table by doing music alone. The northern Uganda music is often neglected more especially in the capital Kampala than Juba.
