MP Awut Deng lost fat position after 20 years in Government
For the first time since 2005, Member of Parliament in the Revitalised Transitional National Legislative Assembly, Awut Deng Achuil, has been relieved and not reassigned to a new fat position apart from her Parliament role.
President Kiir dismissed Awut Deng Achuil from her position as Minister of General Education and Instruction following reports of her alleged involvement in supporting her daughter’s case against the head of mission to the USA. The case reportedly led to an attempt to arrest Ambassador Fadhol at a hotel in Juba over the weekend as reported by Media.
