*Update!.*

BCYA Leadership led by Chairperson *Elijah Manyok*, Deputy Chairperson *Ajak Yuel Ajak*, SG *Giet Magok Garang* and Payam Leaders represented by Baidit Payam Chairperson *Aluong Mayom Niop* visited Giada Military prison to asses the situation of the young people that were arrested in Bor and brought to Juba during the joint military operation in Bor.

The boys are in good spirits as they await screening which will commence soon.

BCYA leaders spoke to the youth as well as the prison Leadership about their wellbeing, health as well as asking the military not to use torture as a means of investigation and interrogation.

The youth within custody are as Follows ;

Breaking News: Bor son was intentionally wounded today in Bor town.

A young man confirmed as Alier Majak Abuol, from Anyidi payam, of Bor community, has suffered serious injuries after being shot deliberately by the National Security Soldiers, at Malual Chaat, in Bor Town.

Speaking to HOSS, Mr. Alier was stopped while on a motorbike by some soldiers who asked him for money. A reply from Alier, where he humbly said " No Money at all," invited a wave of five bullets hitting his shoulder after a soldier narrowly missed his innocent head.

The victim has been referred to Juba for further medical intervention, with the source indicating that he's not in a stable situation.

The soldiers who attacked the young man slithered themselves into a military tank to escape but were outrightly stopped by Gen. Bior Alier-Manok. Whether they're arrested now or not, Heart of South Sudan is yet to confirm.

A closer insider expressed his frustration that the soldiers have been terrorizing the community, and the blame should be directed to our leaders and politicians for this Flare-up of tension and trembling moments Bor is encountering.

" I don't blame the soldiers, I am blaming those politicians who brought and ordered them to act aggressively like that, this is nonsense", a resident said while shedding tears.
