Why the American elections is deservedly a worrying concern for Africans:
In the weeks/months prior, we have seen the euphoria caused by the American politics in most social media outlets and how those involved have been blindly mocked or taken to be nothing-doers. But one thing must be made clear. The American politics is central to the world affairs and thus, deserved to be followed and prayed for, until its successful ending.
Unlike other countries, American politics in particular carries great effect in the world affairs. Whichever direction the American people choose to take, unexpected changes in the world political atmospheres always takes a new dimension.
Either way, be it Democrats or Republicans, there's either restoration of buried hopes or the continuation of more intolerable and destructive policies against other countries, African countries, to be exact. This is the reason why we have seen most informed people across the world getting more concerned about the outcome of US Presidential elections.
Whatever outcome in the US elections obviously gets the world divided based on the past experiences. Those who have had the privileges to enjoy peace and economic growth in the regime of the day, find joy and solace in the continuation of the same regime and its policies. While the disadvantaged others whose countries becomes common victims of destruction like Africans, find it hard to tolerate the continuity of such destructive regime.
Despite their unwarranted influence in other countries, nobody or country in the world except themselves, have the power to influence the American decision. Either they choose to extend the lifespan of what we(Africans) perceived to be negative or positive or they decide otherwise, the choice become solely theirs, probably against our will, and in most occasions. We become the mere spectators amidst the whole setup.
Fortunately or unfortunately, we're forced to congratulate and submit to the old/new winner. Either way, we get it good or bad. If we're unlucky to get the Obamas, there's no choice then to whimper in silence. If the world is lucky to have the Trumps then, the cheerful African celebrants find the solace to enjoy short-lived peace and stability.
However, many who do not have the insights about the whole setup or bandwagon group who are easily carried away by the temporary floods automatically become mere followers of the game. I understand, we have different perceptions, different expectations and different feelings for our countries altogether.
The nature of our politics is also another determining factor in the desire to have our wishes come to light.
Almost the entire marginalised African youthful generation tends to be in favour of American regimes which favours the destruction of the chains of Afrika's lifetime and tyrannical systems of rule. Only the few others are reserved in this regard, owing to the highest risk involved in such uncertified calculations.
Somewhat, the desperate majority do not get it right because they are either ignorant of the policy and interest of Americans or they have intentionally chosen to undermine the adverse effect such risks would invite on their already malnourished and pain-stricken people. Whatever these people think about this untrusted remedial efforts of the Americans is a miscalculation and absolute self-deception because of the few reasons;
Firstly, the Obamas(Democrats) regime-change policy is two-fold. They have the desire to have their mission successfully advanced while on the other hand, they want to leave behind a more ravaged and irreparable country. More disappointingly, using our very energies and resources to do these sh*ts in our own land.
To achieve this goal. The Obamas develop strategies on ways to realise this destructive agenda. It's either through funding of terrorists group and armed rebellions or through the diplomatic sanctions to cripple the economic systems that they do not eventually help revive after achieving their interest.
One and in fact the most destructive policy is funding terrorism or armed rebellions across the World. In this regard, I will highlight some of the most recent destruction enforced by the Obama administration in countries like Libya, Yemen, Syria, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Somalia, South Sudan and name it.
Despite leaving these countries in chaos and miserable states, nothing, absolutely nothing was done to revive them. Instead, destruction took even worse shape and millions of people left dead and countless others forcefully displaced. So far, there's no more Libya, Yemen, Somalia, Pakistan and even our very own skeletal South Sudan which lost nearly a million lives, areas that were beginning to breath life put to a complete wreck and millions displaced and forced into the nightmares of the past two decades of struggle, all because of the useless Obama and his crooked Democrats.
The most painful part is that these people never finish whatever they start. Like, they incite people and force them into fighting and then in the process, they become the beneficiaries, shamelessly enjoying the pain and starvation of other human beings. Is that not the true definition of inhumanity?
Consequently, informed Africans and Junubeen in particular become more concerned about the nature of leader the Americans choose to lead USA and world at large. Despite lacking the power to influence the choice of American voters, they put a combined spiritual efforts to have their wish of seeing Trump-like leader take mantle of the world's top seat.
In that way and if they have had their prayers answered, they would expect relative peace and stability in the 4-year reign. Obviously, no logical person would pray for leaders whose legacy is built on the killings of fellow humans in another place that does not belong to them.
Most stupidly, their regime-change policy is never complete and Libya was the best example. Gaddafi was killed but nothing changed instead it multiplied the misery of Libyans.
I know we all obsessed with change. But how helpful is the change we seek from the Americans in particular? Are we not better off dying of hunger then to lose million lives to unending and ineffective wars brought about by the Regime-change agenda of the Americans?
Some ill-formed Africans are bitter with Trump for not attempting to remove our dictators. Others hate him for restricting their movements to US where they would help add the manpower needed by the Whites to develop instead of using this power in their own homeland.
The emotional group hates him because he truthfully called Africans sh*t-holes nations. Trump given unfair blame for his sluggish handling of covid19 and et cetera.
All these accusations are absolutely nothing but nonsense. In fact, we are the most ungrateful people. We're taken by extreme negativity that we are unable to acknowledge the good of others, especially Trump who have given Africans wanted freedom to enjoy relative peace in the past four year of his reign.
The fact that we now have Obama returned(Joe Biden). Africa is most likely to go back to wars and whatever pending peace deals like R-ARCISS and Juba Peace Agreement of Sudan, chances of survival or being fully implemented are in the limbo. Of course, this is what Africans want. Wars and negotiations again and again.
Then later, we cry about having peace and democracy effected when we did contribute spiritually to our destruction and burying of democratic chances. Is that not naivety?
Lets understand that the American politics have great role to play in our stability/instability and thus, we should learn to pray for a choice not worthy regretting in the future.
So far, the Americans have already decided and if the Supreme Court does not decide otherwise, we're headed for total doom!
