JUBA, July 31 – Newly released photos from the South Sudan Embassy in Khartoum reveal extensive destruction caused by the conflict that erupted in Sudan in April 2023 between the Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF) and the Rapid Support Forces (RSF).

During a visit to the premises, Presidential Advisor on Security Affairs Tut Gatluak pledged that the Government of South Sudan would rebuild the embassy before diplomatic operations resume.
