My heartfelt sympathy goes out to the people of Minga Payam in light of the recent attack, the displacement, and the horror that has followed. I extend my deepest condolences to the families who have lost their loved ones during this tragic event.

It is my sincere hope that the government of Western Equatoria State (WES) will address this issue promptly, with the urgency and effectiveness it deserves, especially considering this is the second such incident to occur. The community deserves safety, support, and swift action in these trying times.
