MSF SUSPENDS OUT REACH ACTIVITIES IN YEI.

In a press release by Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) shared with us, MSF South Sudan announces the suspension of outreach activities in Yei, in South Sudan’s Central Equatoria State following a critical incident on Friday, 20 September 2024. In the incident, one MSF staff and another staff of a partner organization were forcefully removed from MSF vehicles and abducted by armed men on their way from the field.

While the staff were released unharmed 24 hours later, MSF strongly condemns this attack on the provision of humanitarian aid, which occurs in a region where access to healthcare is already quite limited.The suspension of MSF activities in Yei will remain in effect until the safety of MSF operations and staff is guaranteed-reads part of the press release.

Words are the most important things in the world. God made everything with words and sustains everything with words-the word of His power (Hebrews 1:3) and words would determine where you live eternally. Death and life are based on words (Proverbs 18:21)

So, what have you done with words? How do you use words? One of the things you have to practice is talking to your body using your words to keep your body in health and perfection. Every so often declare that you are strong; you are in health; every fiber of your body being and organ in your body is perfected by the Holy Spirit.

Talk to your body and it will hear you. The human body is like an "animal" that needs to be trained on what you want your body to do,and it will start yielding to you. Every part of your body has intelligence; give your body instructions and insist that it obeys you in the process of time,it will get used to listening to you.

This is something you have to consciously practice if you haven't been doing it. Talk to your brain, your head, your lungs, your liver, your kidneys, your heart, your blood etc. Tell it to be healed and it will comply.

Remember what the Bible says in James 3; you can control your whole body with your words.

Keep your body in health by speaking life to it. The Bible says that wholesome tongue is a tree of life. The same Spirit that raised Jesus from the dead lives in you and has given life to your physical body. He is brought to you into life and immortality. Make these and similar affirmations every so often. You say, "The Holy Spirit is the life of my body; therefore; I live free of sickness, disease, infirmities and the elements of this world. "Blessed be to God."

The Commissioner of Yei River County Hon. Emmanuel Taban Seme is set to address the public tomorrow evening from 7:30 PM. It's exactly one week after he was installed in his office on Tuesday August 20th last week. However,he seems too zealous to his duties and their are high hopes and the citizens also have alot in demand ranging from security stabilization,social infrastructural rehabilitation/improvement,social services and so on. What are your expectations for the new commissioner?

The Management of Spirit 99.9-Yei,has purchased two TVS Hilux motorcycles from Careboda. Speaking during the thanks giving prayer this evening,Kenyi Peter Thomas the General Manager stated that,the Management has gone for the bikes to narrow the huge gap and demand for transportation and coordination of our media related activities. The speaker also stated that one of the bikes will be for Administration and the other for the News team.

The Board of Trustees Chairperson of Radio Spirit who is also the Diocesan Bishop of the Episcopal Church of South Sudan -Yei, Right Reverend Levi Marandulu Yepete thanked God for always being reliable in opening avenues of blessings to those who asks with all their hearts and again cheered up the Management of Spirit FM Yei for demonstrating real ambition for service delivery by owning the radio and exerting their efforts in keeping the radio on air disseminating crosscutting infotainment to its listeners. He stated that as a media sometimes you have to go information to different locations not always expecting information at your doorsteps.

"I blessed the solar power running the radio almost 80% last year, I also blessed the successful installation of a new transmitter and soundproofing of the on air studio and tonight another joy of two bikes within this year making the institution unique among the Diocesan program units and I always want to see such visionary people like the staff I have here." Said the speaker.

The Bishop added that,the two motorcycles are a great boost to mobility, giving zeal and a motivation to the staff. " My prayer is to next time come and bless a vehicle for the institution and setting up a TV alongside the radio can also be a long term plan we can achieve together" echoed Bishop Levi.

The speaker encouraged the entire team of the radio to remain focused and united and God can't forget pouring His blessings to this facility and the families of staff.

Each motorcycle comes with a GPS, number plate, logbook, reflector jacket, helmet,boot and insurance. Thanks to Careboda Company Juba South Sudan.

The staff were joyful seeing the chief guest being the first to ride on the motorcycles.
