URGENT APPEAL
Rain Damaged Malek Primary School Yesterday

Malek Payam, Yirol East County, Lakes State — 19th April 2026

Yesterday, 18th April 2026, heavy rainfall lasting two hours hit Malek Payam and caused serious damage at Malek Primary School. Two blocks, comprising four classrooms, were destroyed. This disrupted learning for our pupils.

We are appealing to:
The School Management DMB Company Limited, Parents, sons, and daughters of the Gok Community and all well-wishers to assist with drying materials and urgent repairs to the classrooms so our children can return to learning safely and without delay.

Every contribution counts. Together we can restore Malek Primary School.
