I didn’t realize how quickly I memorized this by listening to it from the beginning of my painting…. Surah Ahzab - ayat 35 (alsooo—- painting still not done yet. 🙈)

How did I do? Chicken Milanese (aka Chicken Escalope) 🤌🏼✨
Steps:
1. Season flour with paprika, salt & pepper. Dredge already seasoned chicken.
2. Dip into egg wash mixed with parmesan + garlic salt + pepper.
3. Coat in Italian herb breadcrumbs + parmesan.
4. Fry until golden and crispy.
5. Top with fresh arugula salad (tomatoes, lemon, salt, pepper, parm).
6. Finish with balsamic glaze.

Crispy + fresh = perfect balance 😌🍋✨

Hey Saby…..This is the better Shorbat Adas 😉 (lentil soup) Simple ingredients & big comfort 🍜
Shorbat Adas (Levant style)
Ingredients:
• 1 onion, chopped
• 2 small potatoes (or 1 large), diced
• 1 large carrot (or a handful of baby carrots), chopped
• 3–4 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 cup lentils (rinsed)
• 6–8 cups water

Seasonings:
• Cumin (don’t be shy)
• Turmeric
• Chicken bouillon
• Salt
• Pepper
