Each time you are caught in a compromising situation with someone else’s partner, or you about to spend a lot of money on some woman you lust at a club, or you tempted by a girl that is clearly age inappropriate for you or if you the boss at a workshop with a female colleague you been eyeing or you are a married man who is suddenly accosted by women, just go to the toilet for a brief moment when that intense feeling of lust hits you.
At the toilet pull down your pants. Hold that thing that will dangle down once half naked. Move your hands up and down quickly for a few minutes until something whitish comes out. Now go back to that situation that had your blood running insanely and tell me if those same intense feelings will still be there. This method is known to save you money, reputation, diseases, firing from work, gossip, unplanned children, divorce, humiliation, and even theft.
In this economy the best thing you can do for yourself is being sexually disciplined. If you can’t, use this method.
