LOVE TRIANGLE OR STOLEN CAR?: Mangaliso Hlatjwako who is accused of stealing a car valued at E45 000, insists he didn’t steal it. He says it belonged to his girlfriend, Thobile Dlamini. But the complainant, Thobile Dlamini denied being in a relationship with Hlajwako, calling him just her mechanic and claims he never returned the vehicle she gave him for fixing. The court now has to decide: was it love, or just theft?

During the court appearance, Hlatjwako also made damning allegations against a police officer who was testifying against him. Find out what he said in tomorrow’s copy.

Through Indvuna Bahlole Ndzimandze, the King said all warriors from all the four corners of the country should convene at Ludzidzini Royal Residence this coming Saturday. Tragic news from South Africa as Zimbabwean footballer Tendai Ndoro, former Orlando Pirates striker and Warriors star, has been found dead in his apartment at the age of 40. The Harare Times, a Zimbabwean media publication has confirmed the heartbreaking loss. Local side Stumbo’s recently confirmed his link which would have been a key signing expected to strengthen their squad.

BAGS OF TROUBLE: A security guard meant to protect property found himself in trouble after stealing five bags of cement worth E550. Sibusiso Celumusa Tfumbatsa (30), of Dvokolwako and employed by Stallion Security, told the court that he committed the theft to cover costs for his father’s funeral, as he is the only child. He was sentenced to a fine of E2 000 or 18 months in prison.
