Association of Afrikaan Descendants Worldwide
Having spare headed the association for six years and INIClub Nigeria for about 20 years, one thing is common to those who approach for membership.
Lack of cooperation and integration.
Majority of you want to make gains without understanding the root factors and wanting not to contribute to, but want to gain every faden from the group you create or someone invited you to join. Since the immediate personal profit or benefit is not visible to draw, you withdraw to selfishness, not leaving and not contributing to the inputs within your reach.
Identifying with any group or association must be with deep understanding of its essence. When it does not fit, withdraw honourably without abuse.
When compared to going to church or mosque, what do you benefit from your co-worshippers, nothing.
That is the focus of most association.
Until your add value don't expect to benefit. Your number has nothing to do with the association, but a burden when you don't recycle thoughts and actions to grow the strength of the organization.
Most people I have met over the years, thought by promoting consistently my ideas that means I am cashing out. If you've ever been in my shoes the joy is enormous when nobody buys from your dreams. The moment a customer is interested, your liability starts to ensure you deliver quality and measure to standard of expectations as heralded in the promotional information.
Even when an idea is free it has value. Social investment is not a viable capital but a goodwill that creates huge exchange from non-material to material worth.
A country is an idea, the people in it calling themselves and making use of it is the capital investment that is taxed by the government as a trustee.
When you live in a country and refuse to add value, you have nothing to lose and have nothing to gain.
Beware of who you're and what you are in any group ever found your mingling today and always.
Even evil doers have a community with serial technology that they used against the idlers.
