Did get money to defuse the ? No. Moreover, the Cambodian army and government funded the planting of anti-personnel bombs along the Thai border, with the aim of maiming and killing Thai soldiers. Many Thai soldiers were injured and lost legs within just one to two months. Cambodia has never admitted that Cambodian soldiers secretly planted a large number of new anti-personnel bombs (along the Thai border, almost 99% of old anti-personnel bombs have been defused by Thailand), and has full evidence. However, I do not understand why does not punish them. They should increase the punishment. Then where is the punishment? If they are not punished, Cambodia continues to plant bombs secretly. This is not a gentlemanly military practice. However, some countries still support it (if they did support it, they should have officials investigate until it is complete).
