The Thai FDA has issued a public health warning after Herbal Mixed Balm, Hong Thai (Formula 2), was found to contain unsafe levels of bacteria and mould, including Clostridium spp.

The balm, manufactured in Chatuchak district, Bangkok, violated multiple sections of the Herbal Product Control Act. Consumers are urged to stop using the product immediately. Legal action is being taken against those responsible.
