HEATWAVE - The heat low-pressure cell covers upper Thailand with hot to very hot and haze during the day. People in the country should keep healthy due to hot to very hot weather. Meanwhile, the southerly and southwesterly winds prevail over the upper Thailand with isolated thundershower and gusty wind. People in the areas should beware of severe conditions by keeping off outdoor places, large trees and unsecured buildings. All transport take more caution when traveling through areas with thunderstorms. Farmers should prevent for crops damage and animals danger. The southeasterly winds prevail over the Gulf, the South and the Andaman Sea with isolated thundershower.
