English breakfast who?

Since travelling I have had my fair share of teas from other countries and this one in Malaysia is 👌🏼👌🏼

I absolutely loved that you could order little plates of biscuits and snacks to go alongside your tea and the Teh Tarik was 10/10 😍

Homeschooling with friends is always better!

We had a wonderful day with a fun science lesson in the jungle hosted by our friends

Dish up tonight’s dinner in Penang Malaysia!

This is the second time this week we have ordered from here because it’s sooooo good!

It’s called Nasi Kandar and it’s 10/10 👌🏼

If you’ve ever been to Malaysia and have some recommendations for dishes we should try whilst here please do send them my way

Penang has been on our hot list for a while since leaving the UK 31 months ago

It’s somewhere that’s always intrigued us as a potential home base and we’ve finally taken the step to do a trial run here

First step though… getting there 🤪

AD| We just spent a couple of night at and let me tell you my honest thoughts…

We travel with 2 kids so trying to keep everyone happy is always a top priorities for me so when a hotel offers family rooms that allow kids space to sleep in bunk beds and even includes a PS5 but also give me a separate bedroom (and a bath)y ears are pricked 😂

We were never short for food options, the breakfast variety was amazing! We used the lounge for afternoon tea (yes scones included 👀) and a pre dinner drink

And then onto our dinners which I couldn’t tell you which one was the best because I loved them both so much for different reasons!

So if you are heading to KL and looking for somewhere really central, amazing views and just the ease of moan free stay then I’m adding the Traders Hotel to my recommendation list!

I mean… this probably isn’t new but after spending 3 years meeting the driver at the door I was so excited by this 😂

Every time we go to KL we have to head to petrosians!

Its fun, it’s interactive and it takes us pretty much an entire day to get around

I made sure to pre book my tickets on their website before as I’ve been burnt for trying to buy them on the door, it gets very busy with schools so the morning slots go fast!

Minus the cost of grab 😂

I find that flying through a big city can get so expensive with the cost of all the attractions so I always try to put in some days where we try to find things we can do for free 😁

Today was a semi fail but we still made it fun!
