Lately, my “daily life” as the founder of SMM Kitty looks like a revolving door of roles.

It’s a cycle of learning, doing, making mistakes, and refining. My background in Operations Research has taught me that optimization is a process. Every mistake is just data telling me how to build a better system for the future.

While doing it all myself is where I started, I am so excited for the next chapter: working better as a team. 🤝

The goal isn’t just to work harder, but to combine our strengths to deliver even more impactful results for the brands we serve.

I’ve been feeling quite unwell lately, my blood pressure hit 160/100, which was a real wake-up call. I’ve been running non-stop without rest, so I hope you can understand why things have been a bit slower over the past few days.

2025 brought unexpected turns I never could have imagined, but I’m grateful that everything eventually shifted for the better. I will never forget those of you who believed in me and supported me until the very end.

For 2026, I have new projects lined up, and my own business venture is already 70% complete. I’m ready to work even harder, so I just pray for good health to see it through. Happy New Year, everyone!

Stop taking over client accounts without a plan. 🛑

One of the biggest mistakes a Social Media Manager can make is jumping straight into posting before asking the right questions.

Before I ever touch a client’s account, I send over a Social Media Client Onboarding Questionnaire. Why? Because you can’t hit a target you can’t see.
I use this to dive deep into:
✅ Business Goals: Is it sales, or just vibes?
✅ Target Audience: Who are we actually talking to?
✅ Brand Voice: Are we professional or “chaos-coded”?
✅ Past Failures: What didn’t work so we don’t repeat it?

Starting with a questionnaire sets boundaries, manages expectations, and builds a foundation for actual ROI.
