Some countries misunderstood that the Khmer people attacked Thailand first, but I wonder why they have this mindset of asking if they have clear information on both sides or if they only see the information that Thailand has and then accuse Cambodia. Cambodia is a small country, and the military is not as strong as Thailand, so where does it have the power to attack Thailand first? Cambodia always adheres to honesty and does not violate others, but others always want Cambodia. Cambodia always welcomes foreigners from all countries with a smile and friendliness. Remember the incident during the COVID-19 pandemic when an American cruise ship asked to dock in every country but was refused, but only Cambodia allowed it to dock, even though it knew that it could be infected with the virus. Cambodia still received it the best. Cambodia does not want any favors from any country, but asks all countries to think clearly first and accuse who is the thief and who is the victim, and not make false accusations.
