អាវុធបីប្រភេទ ដែលកម្ពុជាត្រូវប្រើដើម្បីតទល់ជាមួយថៃនៅតុលាការយុត្តិធម៌អន្តរជាតិ៖
១.សន្ធិសញ្ញាសន្តិភាពទីក្រុងប៉ារីស ២៣ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ១៩៩១។ សន្ធិសញ្ញាចែងថា៖ បូរណភាព អធិបតេយ្យភាព និងឯករាជ្យភាពរបស់កម្ពុជា មិនអាចរំលោភបានជាដាច់ខាត។ ប្រទេសហត្ថលេខីទាំង១៨ រួមមានប្រទេសថៃ និងវៀតណាម ត្រូវតែគោរពបូរណភាព និងអធិបតេយ្យភាពរបស់កម្ពុជា។
២.សន្ធិសញ្ញាបារាំង-សៀម ១៩០៤ និង ១៩០៧។ ខ្មែរធ្លាប់ប្តឹងសៀម(ថៃ) ពីរដងពីឆ្នាំ ១៩៦២ និង ២០១៣។ បារាំងជាអាណាព្យាបាលរបស់កម្ពុជា Protectorate បានបោះបង្គោលព្រំដែនខ្មែរ-ថៃ ចំនួន ៧៣បង្គោល និងរក្សាផែនទីដើម NGI 1/200,000 ( National Geography institute)។
៣. ច្បាប់សមុទ្រ UNCLOS (United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea) គឺជាសន្ធិសញ្ញាអន្តរជាតិដែលបានអនុម័តនៅឆ្នាំ១៩៨២ និងចូលជាធរមាននៅឆ្នាំ១៩៩៤។ វាកំណត់ច្បាប់ស្តីពីសិទ្ធិ និងកាតព្វកិច្ចរបស់បណ្តាប្រទេសក្នុងការប្រើប្រាស់សមុទ្រ រួមទាំងការកំណត់ព្រំដែនសមុទ្រ សិទ្ធិសេដ្ឋកិច្ច ការការពារបរិស្ថានសមុទ្រ និងការដោះស្រាយជម្លោះដែនសមុទ្រ។
យើងលើកទឹកចិត្ត និងជម្រុញឲ្យរដ្ឋាភិបាលខ្មែរ យកករណីប្រាសាទតាមាន់តូច ប្រាសាទតាមាន់ធំ ប្រាសាទតាក្របី តំបន់មុំ៣ កោះគុត/គជ់ និងដែនសមុទ្រត្រួតស៊ីគ្នា ប្តឹងទៅតុលាការអន្តរជាតិ (ICJ) ជាផ្លូវការ ជៀសវាងគ្រាន់តែនិយាយហើយមិនធ្វើ។
Three legal instruments the Cambodia can use in the Case against Thailand at the International Court of Justice (ICJ):
1. The Paris Peace Accords (October 23, 1991):
This treaty affirms the inviolability of Cambodia’s sovereignty, territorial integrity, and independence. All 18 signatory nations, including Thailand and Vietnam, are obligated to respect and uphold these principles.
2. The Franco-Siamese Treaty (1904–1907):
This agreement, established when France was the protectorate of Cambodia, defined the Khmer-Thai border using 73 boundary markers. France retained the original 1:200,000 scale map produced by the National Geographic Institute (NGI).
3. The United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS):
Adopted in 1982 and in force since 1994, this treaty outlines nations' rights and responsibilities regarding the use of the sea, including maritime boundary delimitation, economic zones, environmental protection, and dispute resolution mechanisms.
We call on the Cambodian government to act decisively and formally bring cases concerning the Ta Moan Toch Temple, Ta Moan Thom Temple, Ta Krawbey Temple, the Emerald Triangle area, Koh Kut/Kuch, and disputed maritime zones before the International Court of Justice, moving beyond words to concrete legal action.
