Iโm late to the party on The Boys, but I arrived just in time to catch the finale. To anyone who may be on the fence, the superhero stuff is merely a Trojan horse. This is a show about politics and media manipulation. Itโs really a wicked reflection of what politics have been in America for the last 10 years or so.
I couldnโt help but noticed the parallels between these two guys as I was going through my binge. They were strategically written to be reflections of one another. Different backgrounds, in different position, but a similar mind about getting exactly what they want. One of the best written dynamics Iโve seen in a show.
