Phuengnoi Phetsuphapan, a former well-known Muaythai fighter from Kamalasai District, Kalasin Province, has been found dead by drowning. Reports state that Phuengnoi had been missing from home since May 11 and was suffering from depression and stress prior to the incident. His body was later discovered drowned.
Phuengnoi, whose real name was Rittirong Phonsri (nickname: Bom), was 35 years old. He regularly fought under the Phetsuphapan promotion and was a former 118-pound Lumpinee Stadium champion. Throughout his career, he faced many renowned fighters such as Seksan Or Kwanmuang, Manasak Pinsinchai, Petchboonchu FA Group, and Rungraunglek Lukprabat.
