Formerly the Head Strength & Conditioning Coach at Tiger Muay Thai, having worked with the likes of UFC Bantamweight Champion Petr Yan, Shaun was a professional rugby player himself and has most recently started working with Phuket Grappling Academy

We discuss how he started as an athlete himself, served in the military to now becoming a highly reputable Coach for Professional Combat sports athletes worldwide
