Parents favored in-clinic speech therapy over telepractice. Although telepractice was essential during the COVID-19 pandemic, parents perceive in-clinic therapy as superior. With the reduction of the pandemic's severity, telepractice usage may diminish in preference for in-clinic therapy.

The findings showed no significant differences between the groups, and treatment satisfaction was reported at similar levels. Tuberculosis (TB) is a significant public health issue worldwide and in Thailand. This action research study developed a care model (NTCRSE framework) for TB patients in Tha Luang, Lopburi, and found that satisfaction with the health network's care was moderate. Key factors for effective care include empowering families and communities through home visits, strengthening interagency collaboration, enhancing personnel capacity, ensuring appropriate budget allocation, and raising community awareness.

This descriptive cross-sectional study included 353 elderly Thai individuals (aged 60–96 years; 54.94% female) in Nakhon Nayok, Thailand. Most participants were able to continue activities for more than 30 minutes, and the prevalence of frailty was 9.06%, predominantly among females aged 70–79 years. These findings highlight the need for healthcare professionals to promote healthy aging, with a particular focus on preventing frailty, and to plan appropriate health services.

The modified sputum preparation method for qRT-PCR COVID-19 testing showed high accuracy (sensitivity 86.7%, specificity 100%) and significantly reduced invalid results and turnaround time. With no significant Ct value differences, the modified method proves effective for reliable and faster COVID-19 detection.
