The photo screenshot evidence is self explanatory. Tom had 𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐩𝐚𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐝𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐚𝐝𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐬 𝐨𝐫 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐝𝐨𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 them, meaning he has only 1 item but sell to 2 person/dealers. This is a fraud and it is chargeable under 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝟑𝟒𝟏 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐢 𝐂𝐫𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐝𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐊𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐝𝐨𝐦 𝐨𝐟 𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝.
Foreign dealers or customers would have issues claiming back every single cent from Tom/Ittiphon Piluk as you would need a Thai lawyer and would need to file report, etc, it is a tedious process.
