Well, what can we say about SEMIFREDDO Italian Cuisine that hasn’t already been said before. In one word - amazing. Fantastic service, fantastic food, awesome desserts and cocktails - at Semifreddo no detail is overlooked. Chef Franklin and his wonderful wife Zaira, along with a full array of staff, they all together and in harmony really know how to make it a special experience when dining with them. Pastas, risotto, sea bass, roasted potstoes, crab ravioli, sorbets… everything was so delicious and perfectly cooked!

Worth noting - you haven’t had scallops until you’ve had them here. In all of the restaurants I’ve ever been to - Semifreddo is the only place I’ve ever eaten scallops that did not have even 1 grain of sand in them, none. What a delight!

While not the cheapest meal you’ll eat in town, it is worth every penny spent when you dine with Semifreddo.

I saw some great looking photos from (Instagram) from the Historic Manassas Farmers Market's Winter Market. My lovely wife popped by and asked if I needed anything… well, long story short, she brought me a pulled pork sandwich, slaw, and baked beans from The Boyz.

I’m not a BBQ aficionado - but I’ve had my share of BBQ in my life. No lie or exaggeration, this is easily some of the best BBQ I’ve ever eaten. Super amazing smokey flavor, seasoned well, perfectly cooked - so freaking good. And the beans… most unique baked beans taste I’ve eaten, I can’t place the secret. They use a smaller bean, but man so good, and has a slight kick. The slaw is nice and respectable - a crunchy and creamy slaw. Highly recommend you follow them, find out where they're set up next, and grab some grub!

If you've never been there, it's worth a moment of your time - they're doing something different. They are located at 9029 Center Street - about 40' (if that) past Popcorn Monkey.
