If you are ever in Phi Phi, skip the tours! Hire a kayak and spend the day exploring the surroundings on your own time! It’s MUCH cheaper, more relaxed, and allows you to explore where few people do 🚣

A breathtaking day kayaking all around Phi Phi. We ended our day at Monkey Beach when there was virtually no one there! The best times to visit are early morning before 09:00 or late afternoon after 17:00. A must-see spot, but be aware of the monkeys!

Day 1 in Phi Phi! What an absolute GEM! Our accommodation was MUCH further than we anticipated. So unfortunately we had to brave it with our plakkies (flip flops) and willpower! Worth it though! I could get used to this 😍
