The most hazardous area in Thailand right now is Bang Kholaem, with a PM2.5 level of 117.5 micrograms per cubic meter—currently ranked as the 8th most polluted place in the world.

The burning season is starting, and it’s clear we’re far from prepared.

This is what happens when there is no root structure to absorb water - and is one of the reasons why flash floods in Northern Thailand will continue to worsen every year.

Thailand's ancient forests and jungles are being chewed up and replaced with corn fields. This corn (which is produced solely for animal-feed) has a very shallow root structure, because all their nutrients are placed on the soil's surface with chemical pellet fertilisers for growth efficiency.

If we start moving away from an animal-based diet food system, we can shift the demand away from this environmentally catastrophic crop.

Because there has NEVER been a more important time in our lives to stand up for one of our most basic human rights - clean air.

We need to come together as a community to engage in discussions about real-world solutions, so we change this endless environmental and humanitarian crisis that sweeps across Thailand every, single, year.
