This single-story residence is designed in a modern tropical style, blending contemporary aesthetics with passive design principles to suit a hot and humid climate. The clustered layout is organized around a central courtyard, enhancing airflow and spatial connectivity. Sloped roofs minimize heat accumulation and improve ventilation, while large openings, extended eaves, and sliding glass walls maximize natural light, cross-ventilation, and seamless indoor-outdoor integration. Materials such as wood, glass, and exposed concrete create a minimalist yet warm ambiance, harmonizing with the surrounding environment. Clearly defined zones for living, social, and service areas ensure a well-balanced living experience that prioritizes comfort, functionality, and a strong connection to nature.

ในส่วนของลานพักผ่อน ลานหญ้าติดลำธาร ต้นมะม่วงต้นใหญ่ในพื้นที่เดิม-พื้นที่แคมป์ไฟร์ติดกับสระว่ายน้ำ,ห้องน้ำภายนอก พื้นที่ดาดฟ้าสำหรับนั่งชมวิวภูเขาที่ล้อมรอบตัวบ้าน
