Where to begin.. well, I’ve hunted long enough to know I’ll likely never have a chance to hunt, let alone see a whitetail like this for the rest of my life. It’s a whitetail hunters dream to hunt a typical like this which will likely now be the new Louisiana Typical state record that’s held up since 1939.

A feat like this extends far beyond me. It’s a testament to the management put into place down at . And the last four years, we’ve all tried to do our part in growing quality whitetails such as this one. Having the right genetics and quality habitat certainly helps.

Never thought my biggest whitetail would be taken down in Louisiana. But I’m grateful for the opportunity and the pursuit of this buck we’ve been keeping up with these past three years. laid down incredible footage as always. This is a buck of many lifetimes and I can’t wait for everybody to hear and see the full story. Won’t get too lengthy on here.
