My word for 2024 was sweetness… A year ago, I set the intention to slow down a bit, take care of myself, and release any sense of guilt around feelings of “not doing enough,” “always needing to help more,” or “always needing to give more.” This year of learning has done me a lot of good. I’m starting 2025 with the feeling that I am freer, more creative, and more fulfilled. 🪷

That doesn’t mean I stopped creating things that inspire me: a meditation challenge, a new manuscript (to be published in French in 2025), 2 oracle decks released, a beautiful retreat facilitated, book signings, and a large number of videos, podcasts, and workshops. And a new Youtube channel in English! I’m still deeply driven to share, but I now do so in a more balanced and aligned way. 🤍

It’s with this energy that I’m entering 2025, which is calling me toward even greater freedom. The message I’m receiving from my soul is this: “Follow your bliss.” It’s in this inner dynamic that I see the next steps unfolding. 🌱

In this world, where the news can sometimes be grim and challenges feel heavy, let’s follow our joy. Let’s allow ourselves to live with balance and self-love.

That is my wish for you this new year, one I’m delighted to share with you.

✨ There are moments in our lives when external elements act as "triggers" for our soul. These instances, often unexpected, touch us deeply: a meeting, a phrase, a significant book, or even a powerful dream. 🌟

These signs are not random. They resonate within us, awaken us, and remind us that something greater is unfolding. The universe sends these little reminders to reconnect us to our true essence and, at times, to encourage us to change direction. 🔄

There's no need to actively search for these triggers. They appear when we are ready, often accompanied by strong emotions or physical sensations: a shiver, a deeper breath, a sudden realization. 🌿

By opening ourselves to these signs and embracing them without judgment, we allow our soul to guide us toward profound transformations. These moments are invitations to wake up, to break free from spiritual amnesia, and to either find or evolve our path. 💫

Who would have thought that one day the level of consciousness would be changing so much that a national TV channel would be interested in interviewing me for an hour, with genuine interest.
