Objetivu Atividade:

* Hasa’e koñesimentu kona-ba oinsá halo envolvimentu no komunika ho doador atu hametin relasaun no hetan apoiu sustentável.
* Aprende oinsá halo mapeamentu ba doador sira atu identifika oportunidade finansiamentu tuir objetivu organizasaun nian.
* Hametin kapasidade partisipante sira iha preparasaun relatoriu narrativu no finanseiru ne’ebé transparente, responsável no tuir padraun doador sira.

We would like to express our gratitude to ONG Ba Futuru, Dili, Timor-Leste, for facilitating a three-day training for five newly established associations in Ermera Municipality, including TILOFE, FJDTL, DIA JIDA, and IDHR. During the training, participants took part in sessions focused on strengthening organizational capacity to work with donors and develop projects more effectively.
Activity Objectives:
* Show how to write clear, organized, and community-responsive proposals for donors.
* Increase knowledge on how to engage and communicate with donors to strengthen relationships and secure sustainable support.
* Learn how to map donors to identify funding opportunities aligned with the organization’s objectives.
* Strengthen participants’ capacity in preparing transparent, accountable narrative and financial reports that meet donor standards.

Through this training, participants gained knowledge and practical skills to improve proposal quality, manage donor relationships, and enhance reporting systems, contributing to the sustainability of their organizations.

We would like to express our sincere appreciation to the KSTL program for collaborating with the National Social Security Institute (INSS) to conduct a socialization and awareness session on Social Security for several productive horticulture groups, including the Assosiasaun Inisiativa Desenvolvimento Hrticultura Rural .This initiative aims to ensure that workers and their families receive social protection in accordance with the law, providing support during situations such as illness, maternity, disability, old age (pension), and death.

The main objective of Social Security is to provide protection to citizens against social risks that may affect their lives and livelihoods.

Its objectives include:

1. To protect citizens when they are unable to work due to illness, old age, or other unforeseen circumstances.

2. To ensure a dignified standard of living for people who require social assistance.

3. To reduce poverty and vulnerability among families and communities.

4. To provide benefits or support to family members in the event of death or other situations that affect household income.

5. To strengthen social solidarity and promote social justice throughout the nation.
