🔥📢 CBRN-TL SUBMETE ONA RELATÓRIU SOMBRA BA KOMITÉ CRPD ONU
Ho lian ida ne’ebé forte no loloos, Community Based Rehabilitation Network Timor-Leste (CBRN-TL) submete ona Relatóriu Sombra kona-ba implementasaun Konvensaun ONU ba Direitu Ema ho Defisiénsia (CRPD), Artigu 5, 6 no 7, ho fokus espesial ba feto no labarik feto ho defisiénsia iha Timor-Leste.
Relatóriu ida ne’e hatudu klaru:
✨ Igualdade no la-diskriminasaun (Artigu 5)
✨ Direitu, voz no esperiénsia moris feto no labarik feto ho defisiénsia (Artigu 6)
✨ Direitu labarik ho defisiénsia atu moris ho dignidade, protesaun no oportunidade (Artigu 7)
Relatóriu Sombra ida ne’e la’ós de’it dokumentu ida, maibé lian hosi komunidade, lori istória loloos hosi feto, labarik, família no komunidade sira ne’ebé hasoru diskriminasaun, estigma no barreira iha loron-loron. Relatóriu ida ne’e fó rekomendasaun klaru atu hadia politika, servisu inkluzivu no hametin partisipasaun significativa hosi Ema ho Defisiénsia.
CBRN-TL kontinua hametin nia kompromisu atu halo advokasia ba dignidade, igualdade, justisa, protesaun husi diskriminasaun no inkluzaun plena, tanba direitu ema ho defisiénsia mak direitu ema hotu.
🙏 Agradese wa'in ba parseiru xave sira husi Organizasaun Ema ho Defisiénsia, Organizasaun Sosiedade Sivil, Instituisaun Governu no Agensia ONU iha Timor-Leste hanesan Un Women Timor-Leste, UN Human Rights no UNICEF ne’ebé kontribui ba dezenvolve Relatóriu Sombra ida ne’e. Ita nia forsa mak iha ita nia unidade.

🔥📢 CBRN-TL Submit Shadow Report to the UN CRPD Committee
In a strong and true voice, Community Based Rehabilitation Network Timor-Leste (CBRN-TL) has submitted a Shadow Report on the implementation of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD), Articles 5, 6 and 7, with a special focus on women and girls with disabilities in Timor-Leste.
This report clearly shows:
✨ Equality and non-discrimination (Article 5)
✨ Rights, voices and life experiences of women and girls with disabilities (Article 6)
✨ The right to children with disabilities to live with dignity, protection and opportunity (Article 7)
This shadow Report is not just a document, but the voice of the community, brings the true history of women, children, families and communities facing discrimination, stigma and barriers on a daily basis. This report gives clear recommendations to improve policies, inclusive services and strengthen the significant participation of people with disabilities.
CBRN-TL continues to strengthen its commitment to advocate for dignity, equality, justice, protection of discrimination and full inclusion, because the rights of people with disabilities are the rights of all.
