Milia are tiny, white, cyst-like bumps that often appear around the eyes, though they can also form on other parts of the face or body. They develop when dead skin cells become trapped beneath the skin’s surface, creating small, keratin-filled cysts. Because the skin around the eyes is thin and delicate, this area is especially prone to milia formation.

Although milia are harmless and usually don’t require medical treatment, many people find them bothersome for cosmetic reasons—particularly when they appear near the eyes. If removal is desired, a dermatologist can safely extract them using simple procedures such as a sterile needle or a minor incision. Prevention focuses on good skincare habits: keeping the skin clean, avoiding heavy or greasy creams, and practicing gentle exfoliation to help shed dead cells naturally.

❗️Regarding prominent oil glands or Fordyce spots, it’s worth noting that these are completely normal and not a cause for concern. The best approach is to protect your skin from further UV damage by using a sunscreen suited to your skin type.

🚨 Alert: “Frankenstein” Rabbits Reported in Colorado – Do NOT Approach! 🚨
In Fort Collins, Colorado, wild cottontail rabbits have been spotted with bizarre, tentacle-like growths on their heads. Photos have gone viral, leaving many shocked and concerned.

🐇 The Cause: A virus known as Cottontail Rabbit Papilloma Virus (CRPV). It produces horn-shaped tumors around the head, eyes, and mouth.

⚠ How It Spreads: Passed between rabbits through mosquitoes, ticks, or direct contact.

🚫 Risk to Humans & Pets: Experts confirm CRPV cannot infect people or household pets. Still—never touch an infected rabbit.

💔 Effect on Rabbits: These growths may block vision, hearing, and eating, often causing the animals to starve.

👉 What You Should Do:

Avoid contact and keep pets away

Report any sightings to local wildlife authorities

Protect pet rabbits from biting insects

🌿 Nature has its strange side—observe it safely, from a distance. 🦠🐇
