🌍✨ Refugee World Day ✨🌍
"She didn’t flee war, but the drought burned her crops, the floods took her home, and the heat silenced her land."
Across Africa, countless women are forced to leave their communities not because of conflict, but because the climate has become unlivable. 🌡️🔥
These women ; farmers, mothers, entrepreneurs, leaders, carry with them the memory of fertile soil, clean water, and vibrant traditions now fading under rising temperatures and environmental collapse.
On this Refugee World Day, we amplify their stories.
🌿 They are not just victims.
They are climate witnesses.
They are change agents.
They deserve visibility, dignity, and protection.
Let us demand policies that center climate resilience, environmental justice, and the voices of African women in migration conversations. Because the climate crisis is not gender-neutral. 🌪️💔
📣 Speak up. Share their stories. Stand with them.
