People are only looking for who is valuable.

Once you understand this, you stop waiting for handouts and start positioning yourself as someone others want to connect with.
Human beings are naturally self-interested. When people engage with you, they put some things into consideration.
What can you contribute to them?
Can you make their life easier, better, or more successful?
Will associating with you bring results?
Itâs not that people are wicked or unwilling to help. They are simply wired to prioritize value.
Think of it this way: you wouldnât eat at a restaurant that serves bad food.
In the same way, people will not invest time, resources, or energy in you if you bring nothing to the table.
Look at the most successful people in business, politics, or entertainment.
They attract networks, investors, and opportunities not because anyone pitied them, but because they created results worth joining.
An entrepreneur attracts investors because their idea is profitable.
A student attracts mentors because they show discipline and commitment.
A worker earns promotions because they deliver outcomesânot excuses.
