Now a year later it is coming back as VLKSFST III; an album crafted exclusively from recordings of that faithful night and a FREE sample pack for your sonic pleasure and creative dissection.

In the light of recent cancellations and the imminent collapse of music as we know it Bandcamp has announced that on 20th of March (a.k.a today) they will be withdrawing their right to a commission and instead donate this sum to the artists.

What better way to celebrate the release of our new EP "Framing Sqaure".

During the festivities the entire Vølksamt! discography is available for a mere sum of 10.5eur !

Ağustos 25 tarihinde ikincisi gerçekleştirilecek olan vØlksfest! kapsamında aktüel olarak üzerinde çalıştıkları projeleri sergileyecek performans sanatçıları, çağdaş müzik bestecileri ve deneysel müzik projeleri aranmaktadır.

vØlksfest! II dahilinde amacımız fluxus baloları ve sünnet şenliklerinin buluştuğu yerden konuşan bir olaylar silsilesi gerçekleştirmektir. Bununla birlikte temennimiz Genius Loci'nin göz ardı edilmemesidir.

Projeler Karga'ya ait alanın tümünde gerçekleştirilebilir olup seyirci ve mekan ile etkileşimi ön planda tutulmalıdır.

Geleneksel anlamda "müzik grubu" tanımına uyan projeler ise kargArt sahnesinde yer alacaktır.

We are looking for performance artists, contemporary music composers and experimental music acts who are willing to showcase their recent works in the second edition of vØlksfest!, taking place on the August 25th.

Our aim with vØlksfest! II is to create a chain of happenings operating on the common grounds of Fluxus Balls and mass circumcision feasts. While doing so we aspire not to disregard Genius Loci.

The projects can be realized within the entirety of the space belonging to Karga. Implying the audience and interaction with the space is of utmost importance.
Acts fitting the definition of a "band" in the traditional sense will be station at the kargArt stage.

You are expected to send 1 (one) paragraph explaining your work with additional visual (or auditory) documentation to [email protected] before 19.08.2019 Monday, 23.59hrs.

Please forward this call to all the intermedia artists and circumcision ensembles in your immediate circle.
