10:40 PM – ⚠️ Isolated thunderstorms are affecting parts of eastern and north coastal Trinidad.
An intense line of showers—ranging from light to moderate, with widely scattered pockets of heavy to violent rainfall—is impacting portions of eastern and northern Trinidad.
Reports of heavy rainfall span areas from the northeast peninsula (including Toco and environs) through Manzanilla and Fishing Pond, as well as other communities across the island’s northeast.
These thunderstorms are producing frequent lightning as they move onshore over easternmost Trinidad, drifting southwesterly, and are likely to gradually weaken as they track inland.
