You Will

Ship Discovery Engine v2 (ranking, signals, Parity-aware sort)
Scale verification (Certified Human) without compromising trust
Hire and shape engineering culture
Own infra, cost, security, and compliance posture
Apply LLMs/ML pragmatically — never as theatre, never on creator content for training
You Are

8+ years building production software
3+ years as a founding engineer or tech lead at an early-stage startup
Deep TypeScript + Postgres chops; comfortable in RLS, edge runtimes, and queue design
Pragmatic with LLMs/ML — know when to use them and when not to
Bonus

Supabase / Edge Functions in production
Open-source contributions
Lived and built in an emerging market

You Are

6+ years operating in marketplaces, creator economy, or two-sided platforms
Have raised institutional capital before (pre-seed through Series A)
Genuinely fluent in emerging-market creator dynamics — not theoretically interested, lived it
Have shipped product as an operator, not just managed decks
Bonus

Relationships with Slow, Atelier, M13, a16z, or strong regional funds (LATAM, Africa, SEA, MENA)
Operator time at Patreon, Substack, Beatport, Bandcamp, Splice, Linktree, or similar
